3. Set the Startup type to Automatic and click Start. If the Start button is greyed out, then first click on the Stop button and then click on Start.

4. Click Apply and OK.

Finally, reopen the application that triggered the error. This should resolve the error.

2. Download the Bonjour service

1. Open the web browser on your Windows PC.

2. Go to the Bonjour print services website and click on the Download button.

3. Double-click on the downloaded file and follow the wizard to install it.

3. Repair the Apple app

1. Open the Settings app on your PC.

2. Go to Apps and then Installed Apps.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Bonjour Service

3. Click on the ImagePath key and make sure that the path is set to Program Files and not Program Files (x86).

4. If not, change the path to the following:

C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe

Finally, reopen the application that triggered the error. This should resolve the error.
